Return & Refund Policy

At Brands Seekers, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the following conditions.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To qualify for a return or refund, the following must apply:

  1. Timeframe: Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging (including tags, labels, and protective wrapping).
  3. Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Digital products (e.g., downloadable content, subscriptions).
  • Gift cards or vouchers.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Refund:

    • Your order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos (if item is defective/damaged)
Step 2: Return Authorization & Instructions
  • If eligible, we’ll email you a Return Authorization (RMA) number and return address.
  • Do not ship returns without an RMA number—unauthorized returns may be rejected.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

  • Return Method: By Mail
  • Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging.
  • Include the RMA number on the package.
  • Ship via a trackable courier (we recommend insured shipping for high-value items).
  • Return Address: Villa 5, Gate 2357, 281, Manama 502, Bahrain.

3. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return:
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
  • Bank processing times may add 7 business days before the refund appears in your account.
Partial Refunds (If Applicable):
  • Issued if returned items are used, damaged, or missing parts.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer-Paid Returns: You are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to:
  • Defective/damaged product.
  • Our error (wrong item shipped).
  • Prepaid Return Labels: Provided for eligible defective/incorrect items.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Contact us to confirm stock before shipping your return.
  • If the replacement is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with issues:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide:
    • Order number
    • Photos/video of the defect or incorrect item
  3. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

7. All Countries (Outside Bahrain)

  • Customers outside Bahrain may be responsible for:
  • Return shipping costs (unless the return is our fault).
  • Customs fees for returned goods (check your local laws).
  • We cannot refund original shipping fees for international orders.

8. Lost or Missing Returns

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  • Brands Seekers is not liable for returns lost in transit.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t appeared after 7 business days:
