All prices are given in USD ($). All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax) at the applicable rate.

Order processing and processing time:

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Mon – Sun). Our cut-off time is 11:00 PM (GMT+03:00) Arabian Standard Time (Bahrain).

Processing time includes reviewing your order, quality control and packaging.

Breakdown of shipping costs, times and service providers:

We strive to handle your shipments with speed and care, selecting the most suitable shipping company for your location to ensure quick and secure delivery of your orders.

All shipping costs shown at checkout are final — no hidden fees or extra handling charges.

Couriers we use for express shipping are FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT.

Delivery time and cost:

Standard delivery time: 2 – 5 working days after processing (Mon – Sun)

We charge a flat rate of 10 USD ($) for all orders.

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched

After your product is shipped, you can track your shipment’s progress both on the carrier’s website. If you experience any delays or issues with your order, please contact us at [email protected] for prompt assistance.

Order/shipping tracking:

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped, which will include your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

Order cancellation:

To cancel your order, please contact us at [email protected] within 12 hours of placing your order. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Damaged goods

We take great care in the packaging of your orders, but if your items arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or call us at +973 32299993 Include your order number and photos of the damaged goods. We will resolve the issue promptly, either by replacement or refund.

Change of address

If you need to change the delivery address of your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at [email protected] or call us on +973 32299993 Address changes can only be made before the order is processed and shipped. Once the order is on its way, we are unable to change the delivery address.
