All orders are shipped from our international logistics partners located in Italy.

  • Product prices do not include international customs duties, import taxes, or carrier handling fees, which may be charged by destination authorities upon delivery.

We ship to all countries worldwide, subject to carrier availability and local import regulations.

  • We charge a flat shipping rate of USD $10 per order worldwide.

  • There are no hidden handling fees or additional shipping charges.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Sun).

  • Cut-off time for same-day processing is 11:00 PM (GMT+03:00) Bahrain time.

  • Processing includes order verification, quality control, and packaging.

Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs inspections or carrier delays.

Shipping Carriers

The courier is selected automatically based on destination and service availability.

Order Tracking

  • A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (IMPORTANT)

For international shipments:

  • Import duties, VAT, customs taxes, or carrier handling fees may be applied by local authorities upon delivery.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or dispatched.

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

  • Once the order has been dispatched, address changes cannot be made.
