Brands Seekers Affiliate Program Terms

1. Parties and scope

These Affiliate Program Terms form an agreement between Brands Seekers, commercial registration number 146294-2, with its published address at V 5, G 2357, R 281, B 502, Manama, Bahrain (“Brands Seekers”, “we”, “us”), and the individual or business whose application we approve (“Affiliate”, “you”). They govern participation in the Brands Seekers Affiliate Program and use of its dashboard, links, codes and approved materials.

The program rewards qualifying merchandise sales on brandsseekers.com and operates independently of any recruitment or affiliate-network service. Participation does not appoint you as our employee, agent, distributor or representative and does not authorise you to contract for us. The relationship is non-exclusive.

2. Eligibility and application

You must be at least 18, have legal capacity to enter this agreement, and have authority to act for any business or channel in your application. Application information must be accurate and kept current, and you must own or be authorised to use each submitted promotional property.

Approval is required before participation. We may assess content, audience, promotional methods, fraud risk and whether we can lawfully administer and pay the account. We aim to review complete applications within 3–5 business days, but this is not guaranteed. There is no joining fee, minimum purchase, stock requirement, fixed follower minimum or commission for recruiting other affiliates.

3. Account security and approved channels

Protect your login credentials, report suspected unauthorised access, and keep contact and payment details accurate. Promote only through channels and promotional methods approved for your account. A material change in promotional model must be submitted for approval before use. Sub-affiliates and subnetworks require a separate written arrangement.

4. Qualifying orders

A qualifying order is a genuine customer order that is validly attributed under these Terms, paid, delivered and retained after applicable return and validation checks. Both new and returning customers can qualify, and each order is assessed separately.

Cancelled, unpaid, fraudulent, duplicate, test, self-referred or undelivered orders do not qualify. Commission does not accrue on excluded products, gift-card purchases, taxes, duties, delivery charges, other fees or refunded merchandise amounts. Eligible merchandise paid for using a gift card can qualify because redemption is a payment method rather than merchandise revenue.

5. Referral links and the 30-day window

A deliberate click on a valid link issued for an active affiliate starts a referral window of 30 consecutive days from the recorded click time. A later valid click from another affiliate replaces the earlier link attribution and begins that affiliate’s window. Ordinary browsing does not refresh the window.

Returning directly, following a Brands Seekers email, visiting through ordinary organic search or switching a Brands Seekers language does not intentionally replace an otherwise valid referral. There is no permanent customer ownership. More than one qualifying order may be attributed within an active window.

Tracking can be affected by browser restrictions, consent choices, deleted cookies, blockers, in-app browsers or device changes. We do not guarantee cross-device tracking or recording of every visit. Affiliates must not circumvent privacy controls or create referrals with hidden frames, forced redirects, background requests, automated clicks or similar manipulation.

6. Coupons and competing referrals

An active creator coupon assigned to your account and expressly enabled for affiliate attribution may identify you without a prior tracked click and may take priority over a link attributed to another affiliate. The code must be accepted at checkout and used within its stated dates, product limits and promotional restrictions.

General store discount codes do not assign or replace affiliate ownership. Only one affiliate-attribution code can establish a claim on an order. Do not invent, scrape, leak, sell, misdescribe or distribute expired or restricted codes. Coupon directories, cashback schemes, browser tools and sub-affiliate distribution require express approval.

7. Commission rates and calculation

The standard commission is 8% of eligible net merchandise revenue in USD. A selected-partner rate such as 10%, a campaign rate, or a product-specific rate applies only when confirmed for the relevant account, offer or product.

Eligible net merchandise revenue is qualifying goods after allocated discounts, excluding taxes, duties, shipping, fees, excluded products and refunded merchandise amounts. Commission is calculated per eligible line and rounded to USD cents. Applicable attribution, rate and schedule information is snapshotted when the commission is created so a later rate change does not silently rewrite historical orders.

8. Pending commission and validation

Newly attributed orders are recorded as pending and are not immediately payable. Commission can be approved no earlier than 37 days after confirmed delivery, provided payment has cleared and no unresolved return, refund, cancellation, fraud review or payment dispute remains. A WooCommerce “Completed” status by itself is not treated as proof of delivery.

9. Returns and adjustments

A full merchandise refund removes the related commission and a partial merchandise refund reduces commission using the recorded applicable rate. Shipping-only refunds do not reduce merchandise-based commission. Exchanges and replacements must not create duplicate commission.

If a later refund, chargeback, fraud finding or calculation correction affects commission already paid, we may record an explained adjustment against later commission. We do not debit your bank account automatically under these Terms. Unrelated valid commission is not removed simply because another transaction is disputed.

10. Payments, bank conversion and taxes

All affiliate accounting, balances, thresholds and payout instructions are in USD. We prepare the monthly cycle for commission approved by the end of the previous month. An active account ordinarily enters the cycle when at least $50.00 in approved commission is available and required payment information is complete. The scheduled payment day is the 15th; when banking availability prevents transfer on that date, processing may move to the next available banking business day.

Brands Seekers instructs the bank transfer in USD. If your receiving account is denominated in another currency, the receiving or intermediary bank handles any conversion under its own terms and may deduct its own fees. Brands Seekers does not perform the conversion. Our commission ledger remains in USD.

You are responsible for taxes on your affiliate income and for supplying payment or tax information lawfully required for the transfer. If a payment fails, the amount remains unpaid while corrected details are requested. Approved balances below the ordinary threshold roll forward; a final positive balance after termination may be settled below the threshold once relevant orders can be resolved.

11. Permitted promotion and advertising disclosure

Provide accurate recommendations and clearly identify your commercial relationship before or alongside affiliate content and links. Use a clear advertising label and an understandable explanation that you earn commission, appropriate to the format, audience and applicable advertising rules.

Do not misstate authenticity, prices, stock, savings, product features, delivery, fit or the AI Personal Stylist’s capabilities. On websites where you control link markup, commercial affiliate links should use an appropriate sponsored link attribute in addition to disclosures visible to people.

12. Prohibited and specially approved methods

Do not bid on “Brands Seekers”, brandsseekers.com, confusing variations or misspellings in paid search, impersonate an official Brands Seekers advertising account, or direct-link paid search to the store without a specific written exception. Other paid advertising must be approved in writing before it begins.

Spam, unlawful bulk messages, false testimonials, fake engagement, fraudulent orders, malicious software, cookie stuffing, forced or incentivised clicks, undisclosed redirects, automatic coupon injection and attempts to overwrite another affiliate’s referral without a genuine authorised interaction are prohibited. Email marketing, coupon sites, cashback or loyalty arrangements, browser extensions, apps, subnetworks and sub-affiliate distribution require specific approval.

13. Brand materials and creator content

During active participation, we grant a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use affiliate links and promotional assets we expressly supply or approve solely to promote qualifying Brands Seekers offers on approved channels. Do not alter logos, remove ownership notices or use third-party material beyond rights we can authorise.

You retain ownership of your original content. Participation alone does not give Brands Seekers a blanket licence to use your likeness or original content in paid advertising, whitelisting or unrelated campaigns. Separate permission can be obtained where needed.

14. Privacy and tracking

We process affiliate application, account, referral, commission and payment information under the Affiliate Privacy Notice and applicable website privacy and cookie notices. Accepting these Terms is not blanket consent to optional marketing or tracking that requires separate consent. Affiliates must not defeat customer privacy controls.

Affiliate reports provide transaction information needed to understand performance and payments but do not disclose customer names, contact details, addresses or payment-card information.

15. Questions and commission disputes

Report a missing order within 60 days of the order date and a disputed adjustment within 30 days after notice of the adjustment. Provide your affiliate ID, relevant link or code, dates and an order reference if lawfully available. Do not submit card data, passwords or excessive customer information. We review available evidence but cannot guarantee recovery of an untracked order.

16. Changes to the program

We may update rates, exclusions or these Terms with at least 30 days’ notice before a material adverse change takes effect. Urgent legal, security, fraud or erroneous-offer issues may require faster action with notice as soon as practicable. Changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively reduce valid commission already recorded under an earlier schedule.

17. Suspension and termination

Either party may end participation on 14 days’ written notice. We may suspend affected activity promptly for a credible fraud concern, serious breach, security problem or legal restriction. Genuine link referrals recorded before termination without cause may continue for the remainder of their existing referral windows; creator codes cease to create new claims unless a specific transition is agreed.

Valid accrued commission remains subject to normal validation and adjustments. A final approved positive balance, including one below the ordinary payout threshold, may be included in the first suitable monthly payment run after relevant orders can be resolved and lawful payment requirements are complete.

18. Responsibility and limits

We use reasonable care in administering tracking, reports and payments but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, particular earnings, product availability or perfect tracking. You control your promotional expenditure and may not incur costs on our behalf without written authority. Nothing in these Terms excludes obligations or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

19. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. The parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve a dispute through the affiliate support process. Subject to non-waivable legal rights or jurisdiction rules, the courts of Bahrain have jurisdiction.
