    Super Soft and Comfortable

    Absolutely love this knitwear! The 100% cotton is incredibly soft against the skin, not scratchy at all like some other brands. It’s surprisingly warm for its weight, making it perfect for layering over a shirt or under a jacket. The V-neck is just right, not too deep. I’ve worn it a few times already and it’s held its shape and softness after a 30-degree wash. Definitely a new favorite.

    Ordered my usual size and it fits true to size, perhaps a tiny bit on the slim side but not uncomfortably so. The grey is a nice classic shade, exactly what I expected from the pictures. It’s a solid, reliable piece for the cooler months. Loses one star because I wish it came in more color options.

    I’m always a bit wary of knitwear and washing, but this one is genuinely easy. Threw it in the machine at 30° as instructed, and it came out perfectly, no shrinkage or stretching. The cotton feels substantial, not flimsy. It’s a good everyday jumper that seems built to last. Could be slightly thicker for really cold days, but for layering it’s spot on.

    It’s a nice 100% cotton jumper, feels good and the V-neck is fine. No complaints about the quality, but I do think it’s a little expensive for what it is, even for Lyle & Scott. You’re paying for the brand, I guess.

    Good Basic, Minor Quibble

    Solid knitwear. The cotton is soft enough and the grey is a good staple. My only minor point is that the V-neck seems just a fraction wider than I expected, but it’s not a deal-breaker. Still a quality piece from Lyle & Scott.

    It’s a decent grey sweater, exactly 100% cotton as described. The color is a bit flat, though. Was hoping for a slightly richer grey, but it’s okay. Good for everyday wear.

    I usually wear a large, and this large fits quite snugly. If you prefer a more relaxed fit, I’d suggest going up one size. Quality is excellent though, very soft.

    Follow Washing Instructions!

    Great sweater, very soft. Just make sure you stick to the 30° wash. I accidentally put it on a hotter cycle once and it shrank a tiny bit. My fault, not the product’s. Still wearable, but lesson learned!

    Good Alternative to More Expensive Brands

    I usually go for more high-end brands for my knitwear, but decided to try this Lyle & Scott one. I’m pleasantly surprised. The cotton quality is excellent, comparable to sweaters twice the price. It’s a well-constructed piece. The grey is a bit standard, but it’s a solid wardrobe essential. Will definitely consider more from them.
