   Classic Docs, Elevated!

   Absolutely love these 1461 Bex shoes. The leather is top-notch, feels incredibly durable, and you can just tell they’re built to last. The Bex sole adds a nice bit of height and a more substantial feel compared to the regular 1461s, which I really appreciate. They were a bit stiff at first, as expected with Dr. Martens, but after a few wears, they’re breaking in beautifully. Perfect for work or just casual wear.

   Great style, needs breaking in

   These are definitely sharp-looking shoes. The black leather is rich and the Bex sole gives them a cool, modern edge. My only minor gripe is the break-in period – it’s real! My heels took a bit of a beating for the first week, but I stuck with it, and now they’re getting much more comfortable. Worth the effort for the style.

   A bit heavy, but good quality

   The quality of the leather and construction is undeniable. However, I found these shoes to be quite heavy, especially with the Bex sole. It took some getting used to. They’re also quite stiff initially, which is typical for Docs, but be prepared for that. They look good, but comfort isn’t immediate.

   Versatile and fast shipping

   These Oxfords are incredibly versatile. I can wear them with jeans or dress them up a bit for a night out. They arrived much faster than I anticipated, which was a pleasant surprise. Very happy with the purchase.

   I bought these for my brother’s birthday, and he absolutely loves them. He’s been wanting a pair of Dr. Martens for ages, and the Bex sole on these really made them stand out. He says they fit true to size and are already becoming his favorite pair of shoes. Excellent gift choice.

   I wear these almost every day now. The thicker Bex sole makes them feel really substantial and gives a nice little lift. They’re comfortable enough for walking around town all day once broken in. Highly recommend.

   Sizing note for new buyers

   First time buying Dr. Martens. I usually wear a US 10, but found the UK 9 (which is often a US 10) a little roomy. I probably could have gone down half a size if they offered it, but with thick socks, they’re fine. Just something to consider for others. Quality is great.

    Very stiff initially, long break-in

    I’m new to Dr. Martens, and while I appreciate the quality, the stiffness of these shoes is no joke. I’ve been wearing them for a couple of weeks now, and they’re still quite rigid. My feet ache after a few hours. I’m hoping they’ll soften up more, but it’s a slow process. The look is great though.

    Bex sole is a game changer!

    I’ve had standard 1461s before, but the Bex version is a definite upgrade for me. The chunkier sole makes them feel more modern and provides better cushioning. Same great Dr. Martens quality, but with a fresh twist.

    The leather is beautiful, but it does scuff if you’re not careful. A good polish keeps them looking sharp. They’re definitely an investment piece that will last if you take care of them. Love the look.
