Comfortable polyester, but check sizing.
The 100% polyester material feels surprisingly soft and lightweight, which is a big plus for hot days. I appreciate that it’s machine washable at 30°. However, I found it ran a tiny bit large in the bust area for me, so I might have to get it altered slightly. The floral pattern is very pretty though!

The quality of the dress is excellent, typical Michael Kors. The fabric feels durable yet light. My only minor critique is that the low-cut v-neck is a bit lower than I usually prefer for everyday wear, but a camisole or a small stitch could easily fix that for me.
