   The fabric on this is surprisingly nice for a swimsuit, feels very durable. It’s a true black, which I appreciate. My only minor gripe is that after a few washes, it seems to have slightly lost its super-snug fit, but still holds up well.

   I was curious about the polypropylene blend, and it actually feels quite soft and dries quickly! It’s not as shiny as some other synthetic swim fabrics, which is a plus. Good stretch, too.

   This high-waist bottom is incredibly flattering, especially for a bit of tummy control without feeling like shapewear. The cut on the legs is also nice, not too high or too low. I usually wear a medium, but I found this a tiny bit snug, so if you’re between sizes, maybe size up. The black is rich and the material feels durable.

    Not for short torsos

    I really wanted to love this. The quality is there, and the material feels nice. But as someone with a very short torso, the high waist came up way too high, almost to my bra line. It just didn’t look right on me. If you have a longer torso, it’d probably be great.
