From a recommendation to a tracked sale.
You choose what to promote. The affiliate system records eligible referrals, attributes qualifying orders and keeps the commission lifecycle visible in your dashboard.
Apply
Tell us about your channels, audience and promotional methods. Complete applications are normally reviewed within 3–5 business days.
Get your tools
Approved affiliates receive a dashboard, personal affiliate ID, link builder and any creator coupon specifically assigned to the account.
Create & share links
Build tracked links to eligible products, brands, categories, the AI Personal Stylist or other approved Brands Seekers pages, then share them on your approved channels.
Tracking starts
A deliberate click on your valid affiliate link starts a 30-day referral window. An approved creator code can also attribute an eligible order under its own rules.
Your audience shops
The customer does not have to buy the exact product you linked. Other eligible merchandise in an attributed order can earn commission, and both new and returning customers can qualify.
Validate & get paid
Commission appears as pending, becomes eligible for approval no earlier than 37 days after confirmed delivery, then enters the monthly USD payout cycle once the approved balance reaches $50.00.
HOW TRACKING & ATTRIBUTION WORK
Your referral can stay active for 30 days.
A valid tracked click records the affiliate referral and starts the referral window. Returning directly, ordinary organic search, following a Brands Seekers email or switching the Brands Seekers website language does not intentionally replace an otherwise valid referral.
COMMISSION & PAYMENTS
Simple USD accounting with a clear validation period.
Commission is calculated on eligible merchandise value after discounts. Shipping, taxes, duties, fees, gift-card purchases, refunded merchandise and published ineligible products do not earn commission. Merchandise paid for using a gift card can still qualify when the merchandise itself is eligible.
Example: $500 of eligible merchandise at 8% produces $40.00 commission. If part of the merchandise is later refunded, the commission is reduced by the applicable recorded rate.
WHO CAN APPLY
Creators, publishers, stylists and relevant communities.
We welcome relevant Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and other social creators; fashion and lifestyle bloggers; editorial publishers; independent stylists; and relevant online communities. Coupon, loyalty and cashback partners can be considered under separately approved rules.
You must be at least 18, legally able to enter an agreement, own or be authorised to use your submitted channels, and be able to receive a USD bank transfer through an eligible account. There is no fixed follower minimum, joining fee, purchase requirement or stock requirement.
PROMOTION RULES
Do
Use approved links and materials, keep product and offer information accurate, disclose the commercial relationship clearly, and tell us before materially changing your promotional model.
Do not
Self-refer, create fabricated orders, spam, force clicks, inject coupons automatically, bid on Brands Seekers brand terms without written permission, or distribute restricted codes through unauthorised coupon or cashback channels.
FAQ
Before you apply.
Is it free to join?
Yes. Applying and participating are free. You do not need to buy a product or recruit other affiliates. You remain responsible for any promotion costs you choose to incur.
Do I need a website or a large following?
No fixed follower minimum applies. A relevant social account can qualify without a website. We review content quality, audience relevance and promotional methods.
Do I need an affiliate network account?
No. This is an independent Brands Seekers program and does not require an account with Modash, Awin or another affiliate network.
What does the 30-day referral window mean?
A deliberate click on your valid referral link can qualify an order placed within the next 30 days. A later valid click from another affiliate can replace that referral. Direct return visits, ordinary organic search and Brands Seekers language changes do not intentionally reset an otherwise valid referral.
What if a customer uses my assigned code without clicking my link?
An active creator coupon specifically assigned to you and enabled for affiliate attribution can identify your account when accepted at checkout, subject to that code’s own restrictions. General store coupons do not assign commission.
Are sale items and existing customers eligible?
Yes unless a published product or campaign rule excludes the item or assigns another rate. Commission is calculated after discounts. Existing customers can qualify under the same attribution rules.
When can commission be approved?
No earlier than 37 days after confirmed delivery, provided there is no unresolved return, refund, cancellation, fraud review or payment dispute.
When will I be paid?
Approved balances of at least $50.00 enter the monthly USD bank-transfer process when they meet the published cutoff and payment-detail requirements. Smaller balances roll forward.
What currency will arrive in my bank account?
Brands Seekers instructs the payout in USD. If your receiving account is denominated in another currency, your bank or intermediary handles any conversion under its own terms. Brands Seekers sends and records the payout in USD only.
What happens if an order is returned?
A full refund cancels the related commission and a partial merchandise refund reduces it. If the commission was already paid, the dashboard records an explained adjustment against future commission.
Can I buy through my own link?
No. Your own purchases, and purchases arranged or reimbursed to create your own commission, are not eligible.
Can I use paid ads or post my code on coupon sites?
Only when the promotional method is specifically approved. Brand bidding is prohibited. Paid campaigns, coupon-site distribution of personal codes, cashback, browser extensions and sub-affiliate arrangements require express approval.
