I found the fit to be true to size, perhaps a tiny bit snug if you want to wear something thick underneath, but perfect for a blouse or thin sweater.    The gilet is decent quality, the material feels soft enough. However, the blue is a little darker in person than it appeared on my screen, which was a bit disappointing. The zip is good quality though, no complaints there.
