Stylish but a bit snug
I love the clean look of this coat. The lapel collar and v-neck are very chic. I usually wear a medium, and while it fits, it’s a little snug across the shoulders if I’m wearing a chunky sweater underneath. Might size up next time for a more comfortable fit.

Pretty but high maintenance
The coat is beautiful, and the white color is lovely. However, being 98% polyester, it does crease quite easily, especially when sitting. Also, keeping a white coat clean in fall/winter is a challenge, as expected. It’s nice, but I wish it was a bit more wrinkle-resistant.

Good quality, true white
I was a bit worried about the “white” color online, but it’s a true, bright white, not off-white or cream. Washed it once according to instructions (30° machine wash) and it came out perfectly, no shrinking or discoloration. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is that the front pockets are a little shallow for my phone.

It’s a nice coat, and the white is crisp. However, after a few wears, I noticed some slight pilling under the arms. It’s mostly polyester, so I guess that’s to be expected, but I was hoping for a bit more durability for a fall/winter coat that gets daily use.

The style is fantastic and it feels quite soft. I usually wear a small, but this felt a bit roomy, especially in the sleeves. Still looks good though, just more of an oversized fit than I expected. If you prefer a tailored look, consider sizing down.
