The material of this Philosophy skirt feels really nice, high quality for sure. It’s soft and has a good weight to it. My only minor complaint is that it runs a tiny bit snug around the hips, so if you’re between sizes, I’d suggest sizing up. Otherwise, it’s a lovely classic black skirt.
