   My New Go-To Blazer!

   I absolutely love this blazer! I was looking for a classic black blazer that wasn’t too formal, and this one hits all the marks. The tailored cut is really flattering without being restrictive, and the 100% polyester feels surprisingly soft and drapes beautifully. It’s perfect for layering over a blouse for work or dressing down with jeans for a smart casual look. The zip fastening is a nice modern touch and it feels very well-made.    Stylish but unique

   This blazer is quite stylish. I was a bit hesitant about the zip fastening and round neck, as I usually prefer traditional lapels and buttons, but it actually works really well! It gives it a slightly more contemporary edge. The polyester fabric is comfortable, though it does feel distinctly synthetic, which isn’t a deal-breaker for the price. It’s a good weight for cooler weather. Sizing was true to fit for me.

   Sizing runs a bit small

   I ordered my usual size, but I found this blazer to be a little snug across the shoulders and chest, especially if I wanted to wear anything thicker than a t-shirt underneath. The tailored cut is nice, but I’d recommend sizing up if you’re between sizes or prefer a slightly looser fit. The black color is deep and true, and the material feels decent for polyester. Just wish the fit was better for me.

   I’ve worn this blazer several times now and it holds up really well. The fact that it’s machine washable at 30° is a huge plus for me – no expensive dry cleaning bills! It comes out of the wash looking great with minimal creasing. The black hasn’t faded either. Excellent durability for everyday wear.

    Okay, but not ‘tailored’ enough for me

    While the blazer is a true black and the fabric is decent, I found the ‘tailored cut’ to be less sharp than I anticipated.
