Surprisingly durable material

Okay, but not quite what I expected
The bag looks good in pictures, and the design is nice. However, the polyurethane feels a bit stiffer than I anticipated. It’s functional, and the size is decent for my essentials, but I was hoping for something a little softer to the touch. It’ll do for the Fall/Winter season, though.
