Absolutely love this dress! The pleats are so elegant and it drapes beautifully. It’s truly a rich black color, and the polyester feels much nicer than I expected. The style of this dress is really lovely, and it fits quite well, true to my usual Guess size. However, I found that even with careful wearing, it tends to wrinkle quite a bit, especially when sitting for a while. The 30° machine wash is convenient, but getting the creases out requires some effort. Overall, it’s a nice dress for certain occasions but not as low-maintenance as I hoped.

I wasn’t sure what to expect with a full polyester dress, but this Guess Ilenia Pleat Dress is fantastic! The fabric has a nice weight to it, and the pleats hold their shape perfectly. It’s super comfortable and versatile – I can dress it up or down. Shipping was fast too. Definitely a staple for my wardrobe.

My new go-to work dress
I bought this for work and it’s absolutely perfect. The long sleeves make it office-appropriate, and the pleated design adds a touch of sophistication without being over the top. The black is a really deep, true black, not faded at all. The pleats are beautifully done and give the dress a lot of movement. Very happy with this purchase.

The dress itself is beautiful, but I found it runs a little on the larger side, especially around the waist. I usually wear a small, but an XS would have been a better fit for me. Consider sizing down if you’re between sizes.

I’ve washed this dress several times now exactly as instructed (30° machine wash) and it comes out looking brand new every time. No shrinking, no fading, and the pleats are still sharp. Excellent durability for polyester!

The dress is very stylish and comfortable, exactly as pictured. My only minor complaint is that the button fastening at the back of the neck is a little small and can be tricky to do up by myself. Otherwise, a great addition to my wardrobe.
